Registration

This conference is restricted to 100 people and the cost is $600 USD. This includes the conference, continental breakfasts and lunches and all social activities. If you are traveling with a spouse/partner who would like to attend the social activities, you may pay for these, but space is restricted and admission is not guaranteed. Refunds will be provided if space is not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for cancellation must be received in writing by June 25, 2010. A 75% refund will be granted for requests received before April 25, 2010. A 50% refund will be granted for requests received after April 25 but before June 25, 2010. No refunds will be granted after June 25, 2010. All refunds will be processed after the meeting takes place.
