There are a number of breeds of dog out there that are great for apartment living and if a person is especially interested in adding a dog to the family but is unable to afford life in an actual house a good breed to consider is the Yorkie because of how adept they are at living inside with their owners. Having a regular sized Yorkie or a teacup Yorkie will mean that an owner won't have to provide a gigantic expanse of living room to the animal and as long as the pet gets regular walks outside for fun and exercise, it will be happy.
