The city council in Laurel, Pennsylvania has agreed to have a giant sports complex built in the area that will cost about three hundred thousand dollars to build and will use an indoor courts construction design builder to make the area ready for the 2013 World Series which is scheduled to be a part of the local scene in just a few years. There were five votes in favor of the facility and only one vote against. The officials who approved the measure said that additional funds from the city won't be required to finish the building.
